With new shape/style with one of the talented team. All explanations given by Brid and Tina on the new procedures to reduce any contact risk of covid 19. I felt in a very safe relaxed place and walked away within an hour, showing off a glossy new hair image.all precautions taken for temperature check to covid questionnaire. All PPE provided by Pello including mask, disposable bags to place all your personal belonging, wipes for and devise used, sanitizer and pedal bins at each station and single use gown used for my services. A very strong visible evidence of cleaning at all areas between each client & with each stylist…. and social distancing very strictly adhered to. I have my return appointment made for 6 weeks and can’t wait to return to this oasis of calm and professionalism. Many thanks to this wonderful team.”
